Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind about the purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the item being delivered.

The return process is simple, just contact us (according to the methods shown on the gargiulopositano.com website) and we will guide and assist you step by step.

Once you have learned the return procedure, contact the courier to schedule the collection of the goods you are returning.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been customized specifically for you.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with a courier of your choice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once the products reach our warehouse and it is confirmed that they are in the same state in which they were originally shipped, we will issue a refund ( less the shipping and handling costs incurred on the way ) within 10 working days.
